About CEU Connect
The one-stop shop for people who save lives
Training, Credentialing, and Staffing, all provided in one place. That is the whole idea, and it turns out to be a rare one.
Ask a nurse or a caregiver how they keep their credentials current and you will usually hear a scavenger hunt: a CPR class in one city, CEU hours from a website, CPI training wherever the employer could find it, and nobody keeping track of the whole picture. Every piece costs a separate trip, a separate account, a separate afternoon.
CEU Connect was built to replace that scavenger hunt with one address. At our storefront on Magnolia Ave in Riverside, a healthcare professional can earn a CPR card that is issued the same day, finish the continuing education hours a renewal demands, add crisis prevention and pharmacology training, and sit down with someone who can map the longer road, all the way to BSN and MSN preceptorship support.
The belief behind all of it fits in one sentence: when nurses learn, the community heals. Training is not paperwork. Every skill a caregiver sharpens shows up later at a bedside, in a hallway, at a scene where minutes matter. We take that seriously, and it shows in how we teach.
We are equally proud to train people who have never set foot in a hospital. Parents, coaches, teachers, and neighbors from all over Riverside County take our CPR classes, because knowing how to save a life should not require a healthcare career.
Meet the founder
Gabriel Appoh, MSN, BSN, RN
Founded by Gabriel Appoh, MSN, BSN, RN, an experienced psych nurse, educator, and LPS-certified clinician in acute mental health, CEU Connect was born from a simple but powerful belief: education should bridge knowledge and healing. Gabriel's professional journey, from nurse assistant to psychiatric technician, registered nurse, preceptor, and educator, reinforced his conviction that ongoing learning strengthens resilience, improves empathy, and elevates excellence in nursing practice.
With more than two decades across behavioral psych, acute psych, corrections, long-term mental health, leadership, and education, Gabriel brings unmatched passion for mentorship and lifelong learning. He is LPS-authorized through Riverside County Department of Mental Health and proudly serves as a preceptor for RUHS and nursing students with Capella University. Through CEU Connect, he continues to mentor and educate nurses worldwide, offering evidence-based courses grounded in clinical expertise and real-world experience.
His guiding philosophy remains clear: "Each one teach one, because when nurses learn, communities heal."
Gabriel also leads our healthcare staffing practice, which places clinicians in permanent roles with organizations across California.
